At Creation Adventures Academy, we take pride in offering a unique educational experience deeply rooted in faith, agrarian tradition, and outdoor nature-based education. Our school is dedicated to fostering a love for learning in a supportive and nurturing environment. Our mission is to partner with Christian families in providing faith-filled, academically strong, and flexible education. We provide a proven hybrid model: two days of in-person classroom instruction paired with guided home learning. We are honored to bring this trusted model to families in our region. We are rooted in truth, centered on Christ, and thrive on family partnership. Our vision is to build a Kingdom community that is centered on Christ. We offer an alternative to traditional education that provides support and encouragement to families.

The Bible: We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and serves as the ultimate authority in all matters of faith and practice.
Jesus Christ: We believe in the deity, virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and in His ultimate return to reign as King.
The Trinity: We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons---Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Salvation: We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
Our story
We are Tracy and Tracy Nelson, founders of Creation Adventures. This ministry began as a passion for outdoor education, classical Christian education, and a deep Christian faith. We offer nature-based learning experiences that nurture the whole child, integrating Biblical truth with classical education.

Hands on Learning
We are committed to fostering children's natural curiosity by providing hands-on learning experiences that promote independence, exploration, investigation, and inquiry about the world of creation. Our curriculum includes activities such as planting and harvesting crops, caring for animals, identifying plants and uses, learning outdoor skills, all designed to instill values of hard work, responsibility, and entrepreneurship in a safe and supportive environment. Confining children's education within traditional classroom walls can be counterproductive. Our philosophy emphasizes tapping into their innate inquisitiveness through outdoor learning activities. We believe such an approach not only enhances their educational journey but also allows their natural curiosity to flourish beyond traditional settings.
Outdoor Learning
We believe that limiting a child's educational experiences within the confines of a traditional classroom is detrimental. Our school emphasizes outdoor learning activities to help connect children with nature and develop a deeper appreciation for the world around them.
Academic Excellence
Our curriculum emphasizes a robust foundation in reading, writing, and mathematics, ensuring that children acquire essential skills to facilitate their academic progress. Science and history lessons are incorporated into our outdoor lessons throughout the program. We understand the importance of equipping children with competencies such as empathy, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. These skills are crucial for success not only academically but also in personal development. Therefore, our students engage in various activities and lessons designed to nurture these attributes, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and respected.
